From the initial inspection we found Eric to be friendly and professional, we looked around the property more because of it. We weren't 100% convinced that we would bid on the property but we received a call and after a chat we decided to come along and we were the highest bidders and with a great deal of help from Eric the owner accepted our offer. As a retired Real Estate agent I can fully appreciate the benefit in selecting the right agent. After discussing the selling process with several agents, we were so glad that we had the confidence to select Belle to handle our sale. We cannot fault the way everything was handled. The detailed marketing program was excellent and everything from the photos, signboard, launching on the websites, brochures, opens etc. went exactly to plan. Vendors often complain about communication from their agent, but not with Belle. Any phone calls or text messages from us were replied very promptly, and we were kept informed on progress every step of the way. The agents follow-up with buyers was exceptional, especially as offers were received prior to the auction. We were kept fully informed on offers and felt that Mark handled the negotiations with buyers in a fair and professional manner.
