I recently bought a property from John and he seemed helpful and somewhat responsive at first but then once he was assured of his commission, he started becoming very hard to contact and seemed to ignore my calls and messages. He said that he'd get back to me on some issues with the property but never did. Also during a period of stressful negotiations, he was not particularly helpful and was inflexible. Buyer beware.

Overall, a good experience. The agent worked to achieve my sale goal, rather than just to effect a sale. I was honest about what I would accept, but I told the agent what I really wanted and they got me what I wanted, rather than just aiming for what I would accept.
