Everything was seamless, well handled and swift!!
I had to move relatively swiftly interstate for work and got put in touch with Alex Nindra to help lease my apartment. He organised everything and took the stress out of the process; photos, market rates advice and open houses were sorted within a week. We had prospective tenants within two weeks and leased soon after. This level of service has continued with looking after my tenants and property. I'm exceptionally grateful for the awesome work of Alex and the team; I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Alex Nindra - Superb property manager in upper North Shore
Alex has been providing outstanding property management service to us. He is a superb property manager and I’ve had most wonderful experience in finding a new tenant for my property. We felt that Alex understood our needs really well and acted on our interest. Throughout the process, he has been professional, trustworthy and friendly. His communication has been excellent - he was easy to contact, and kept us informed with calls, texts and emails. Alex has a lot of knowledge and experience, and has been very transparent. Fantastic communication every step of the way
I could not be more impressed with the Professionalism from Alex and Lily at Belle Property in Pymble. Needless to say, applications for rental properties aren't the easiest, and with Alex at the open for inspection he made it a genuinely good experience. The communication at every turn was fantastic. Always a helpful email, or a returned phone call, or a simple helping hand when computers don't behave during your application process! I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with the quick turn-around in getting my application approved, and how easy it was to cut through all the anxiety with navigating endless apps to pay the deposit. I have been a long-term renter in Sydney and I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I've had in years. Lily in the office who managed the initial handing over of keys was fabulous. Just like Alex, really knows what is needed, and that moving into a new place can be stressful. Lily was right up to speed in handing over the inspection report and made sure any small defects were fixed within days of moving in. Lily has a most positive and helpful attitude, and in my experience has made the move especially good. Alex and Lily are a great team. If you want a seamless, professional, friendly and positive experience when looking for a property you MUST keep your eye out for property listings by Belle. I know that my tenancy will go brilliantly just because they cared at the very onset.
