Excellent Service and Result
Alex provided very personable service and expert advice regarding the rental market and strategies for us to secure a wonderful tenant and a competitive rental price. He was always attentive to any queries and showed attention to detail, flexibility and professionalism. He arranged photos and the Open House with consideration for all involved and provided advice regarding styling and scheduling of the event. I have no hesitation in recommending Ales and Belle Property for all property services and thank Alex for making the process so simple and seamless.

Sensational Experience
Wow! What can I say? The Belle Property team are absolutely phenomenal! They have made the whole rental process incredibly seamless. From the inspection, to the application, acceptance and all the way through to signing of the contract. The team took the time to be friendly, thorough and open with communication. Excellent customer oriented service
We appreciated the open, clear and transparent communication during the entire leasing process which did not stop but continued after we moved in. In addition, equally important, we value that both Lily and Alex came back to us quickly each time we had a question or a request, which is not a give in the leasing market in Australia. Thanks for that excellent customer service.
