Over and beyond
Alex assisted throughout the process of preparing my house for lease, offering guidance and expertise along the way. He went over and beyond to ensure I both maximised my rental return and to provide an inviting home for future tenants. He was extremely responsive and punctual and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism in regards to the whole experience.

Above and beyond
Our experience with Belle Property Pymble has been excellent so far. Alex Nindra advised us well and honestly and was always on top of everything, even going above and beyond his job sometimes to make sure us and our prospective tenants were happy. Communication with us was always fast and useful. The end result was also really good which makes us very happy landlords.

Alex is beyond professional and his enthusiasm and drive to succeed with the timely lease of our property was so appreciated. He started the leasing process during the busy Christmas period (after the property being previously listed with an alternate service with minimal interest) and went above and beyond to provide excellent advice including advice on suggested rental price, photographs and tenant advice, arranged prompt inspections and kept us well informed of all updates throughout.
