We first meet Clinton when we were looking to purchase an apartment at Scarborough, and instantly bonded with Clinton. We did not buy from Clinton at the time , however when it can time for us to put our property on the market , I decided to go with Bell Properties , Clinton Viertel. I found Clinton to be approachable, knowledgeable and a true professional in his field.

While Clinton was acting for the vendors, he met all our needs and presented our offers to the vendors. He made himself available for us, at every opportunity to view the property again, and asked the vendors all of our difficult questions. Clinton was nothing short of professional while maintaining a friendly demeanor. I would recommend Clinton as an agent and would happily engage him to sell my property.

We've had previous experiences with real estate agents that have been quite unpleasant, this was not the case with Clinton. He responded quickly, followed up appropriately, offered advice and shared his experiences to help my Wife and I purchase a home for our growing family. We're so excited and very greatful for Clinton's help.

A more dedicated Real Estate Agent we doubt you’ll find. Our expectations were respectfully managed in our first meeting with Clinton where Belle Property’s sales process was discussed. Recommendations to prepare the property for sale and Belle Property’s outstanding marketing led us to have multiple offers at our first open home. Clinton’s attention to detail and regular communication is what really sets him apart from other Agents. We highly recommend Clinton and the team at Belle Property. You will not be disappointed.

Clinton knows the market and knows the area well. We put our sale in the hands of Clinton and had confidence that his knowledge and persona would provide the result we were after. Clinton kept us informed throughout the whole process, he is very prompt, attentive and the service we received was first class. Clinton is honest and reliable and we are very happy we put our sale in his hands. Happy clients here, Clinton comes highly recommended.

Clinton is highly recommended for his dedication and professionalism, a great communicator always keeping us up to date and always available. Clinton continued to re-assess strategies during the COVID-19 shutdown and brought a great result in difficult times. This has been the best house selling experience we have had and we would definitely use his services again, thank-you Clinton!

Every so often in your life you meet up with someone that has a passion. Clinton has it in spades. We downsized which entailed purchasing a unit and selling our home. He made one of the most stressful events in your life easy it was almost fun.

Dianne did a fantastic job selling our home in this difficult time. She is very professional and experienced with extensive local knowledge. She made the selling process very easy and provided continual feedback throughout. Dianne says she aims for five star service and in our case she certainly delivered on that promise. I would highly recommend her to others wanting to sell their property in the Redcliffe area.
