Having seen Clinton's reviews, and quality of listings on realestate.com we decided to use Clinton to sell our investment property in Scarborough. It was the classic 'worst house' which had been run-down and had been tenanted for more than twenty years. We were after buyers who would be interested in 'to build' or developer stock, it was a difficult property to promote because it had been 'unloved' for so long. We originally intended to go auction but of course the Government announced half way through the campaign that the system of auctions in Qld would change due to Covid-19. After receiving advice from Clinton we agreed to bring forward the date for potential contracts to be tendered, which allowed us to keep energy in a campaign which might otherwise be hampered by the disruption in the middle of the negative sentiment surrounding the Coronavirus. This enabled us to secure an unconditional contract for a price we were more than happy with. Clinton is very impressive in terms of his communication, his responsiveness and his agility - particularly when 'the goal posts' were changed so sharply during the middle of the campaign. We are very happy (and relieved) that we appointed him as our agent, and could not recommend him highly enough.
