Dianne cold called us, pure coincidence, just when we were about to market our house. We had another agent in mind but just “clicked” with Dianne. She seemed real and down to earth, grounded without pretentiousness (unlike many agents unfortunately) with a great sense of humour, a sharp strategic mind and lots of common sense - and we chose her because we felt that if we liked her, then buyers probably would too. All the way through the process we felt that we were on the same wavelength as Dianne, never had a problem understanding where she was coming from, and were impressed with her energy, work ethic and her fluent, warm ready communication. She kept us in the loop all the time and we felt like we were all working as a team to get the job done. She really seems to enjoy her work, establishing good relationships with sellers and buyers and clearly gets great personal reward from achieving a better price than expected.
