No-nonsense, down-to-earth, 'old school' service
I think the main thing with Ken - and also the same thing can apply to Peter Perrignon also, the director of Hocking Stuart Richmond, is that there is no-nonsense, but thorough, and engaging style if you are interested in selling your property with Ken. You will find the service non-hyped but professional, and a reminder of perhaps what the real estate industry used to be a generation back in terms of customer service. Ken's Hocking Stuart office, being on Bridge Road Richmond in a prime area, know the locale very, very well, and come extremely highly recommended to sell your property.

Brilliant!
This is the second house Daniel has sold for us, and quite apart from the brilliant outcome, we love his no nonsense approach to the business for both vendor and buyer. He tells it as it is, doesn't raise expectations for us, keeps buyer expectations realistic, and delivers every time. (Also, he makes us laugh, and that's always a good thing.) The Hocking Stuart team in Richmond is highly professional, so much so we use their services for a non-Richmond based investment property. Thanks Daniel and team! Paul and Kathryn.

Selling made enjoyable
Daniel has just completed the sale of our property in Richmond. We are not by any means first time vendors, I can honestly say we are first time happy vendors. Daniels communication, attitude and expertise kept us up to date and enabled us to be fully prepared for Auction day and therefore stress was virtually non existant. Positive Expereince
My apartment sold in 3 weeks. Which is a great outcome. The whole process was very easy and not at all stressful. I live in Sydney and my apartment was in Melbourne and we were overseas on auction day. Daniel was able to effectively communicate and keep me updated along the way, I cannot fault him on his style and approach. The apartment was passed in at auction, but sold the next day thanks to Daniels excellent negotiations skills. I'm very happy with the outcome.
