He is a great communicator and very discreet. He was accountable and reliable and authentic. I always felt like I was updated on time and he called when he said he would which is a big deal when you are selling your house and under lots of stress. He made the process feel manageable and under control and this is such a critical thing as you just want the facts in order to evolve the strategy which we did together without one cross word! While looking for our first home we found Ken was a refreshing change from the other real estate agents we were dealing with. He didn't partake in the usual games of setting low indicative price ranges to garner interest, and didn't add theatrics to the auction to build tension. I selected Ken because I appreciated his helpful attitude while I had been idly looking at a few properties for sale. He seemed willing to help me out with numbers, stats, and knowledge of the market even though I was pretty clear I wasn't looking to buy any time soon. So when it came time to sell my property, Ken seemed like the right guy; he'd be willing to put up with my endless questions and demands. And he did.
