This agent was referred by a family member. I just assumed integrity and honesty came with the almost guaranteed business. An elevated ESP was set to gain the business. Elevated ESP was confirmed by Daniel's colleague who was left to handle the lingering sale and negotiation process. An honest update from Daniel re his overestimation of ESP rather than signing a second EAA with lower ESP with first EAA date rather than a hazy excuse re The REIV would have been more professional and appreciated.
