Ryan was great to deal with, very friendly and responsive. He was helpful and created good relationships with us, the potential buyers and our (difficult) renter. He worked hard to make the process as cost effective as possible for us, which we appreciated. My only reservation was we ended up selling for about 8-10% less than the original price estimate Ryan gave us. I know the market dropped, but that was a bit of a shock over about 5 months. Having said that, I would definitely recommend him to others.
