Can’t speak highly enough of Fran, and Belle for their honest, straightforward, transparent, kind and respectful approach. We met Fran months ago. She was genuinely interested in what we were looking for. When the property turned up, she was kind enough to let us know. We knew the purchase process chosen by the vendors from the get go at every single step, our wishes were entirely respected without promise but with honest pragmatism (which we value very very highly, as multiple property owners over the years). Polite to a tee, honest to a fault, frank and fearless as a sellers advocate, but interested in genuine match to our needs. The kicker was Fran’s memory of a throw away comment we made earlier before expressing true interest in the property about a key feature which she entirely took upon herself to enquire without our knowledge with the vendors, and both Fran and the vendors were very gracious to accommodate this ‘icing on the cake’ in what was already a totally win win solution. If anyone wants to sell Bayside and doesn’t consider Fran you are wasting either your time, money or expectations. Want a frank, honest, friendly, and totally transparent approach seek Fran out (if you aren’t prepared to hear the truth, do proper homework on the market and the property type, and then decide to be ‘difficult’ on minor issues of insignificance, we on behalf of Fran, suggest you go somewhere else - having said that, we still think she and here staff are so supremely tolerant and will do the best for both parties to get that win-win. Out of five stars - she gets a 10 from us - and that’s as a buyer. If we wanna sell - no surprises for guessing where we are going first
