Andrew was neither pushy or aggressive in his delivery on behalf of the vendor. He allowed time to soak in the ambience of the property and gently offered guidance, information and clarification when needed. As a buyer, you meet a lot of personalities which want to convince you to make an offer. Andrew believed in the product, the selling party's intention and my own dreams. He followed through confidently and confidentially until the end.

Knows the market and brings professionalism and excellent communication skills

Selling a house is stressful at the best of times so thank you to Ryan for helping me through this process. His advice was practical and encouraging, yet realistic and his advice kept me on track during this time in a dynamic volatile market. Ryan was fully engaged in the vendor/agent relationship guiding me through the process and always available to patiently take my questions and keep me informed of progress. Ryan not only understands the mechanics of the real estate industry and the market but also demonstrated empathy and an understanding of the emotions and personal issues involved for the vendor when selling the family home. I always felt I was more than just a transaction, but that he actually cared about achieving a good outcome for me. From the onset Ryan gave me clear and helpful advice on ways to improve the presentation of the property. This included where I needed to bring in the professionals but also tips on practical things I could do myself to enhance the appearance. I appreciated his critiques of my efforts and frankly the suggestion to do some DIY tasks also provided a beneficial distraction for me. Even my disappearance overseas for three weeks during the process did not daunt Ryan – he took this in his stride and set in train the procedures required to keep in communication with me and to ensure the sale could proceed smoothly despite my absence. Ryan knows the market and brings professionalism and excellent communication skills to the task. I would use Ryan again and recommend him to others.

Steve and Mack were friendly and very...

Steve and Mack were friendly and very diplomatic. We had a bit of a false start with our sale as my husband got sick and we had to take the house off the market before we even got started, Steve and the team showed us much compassion and kindness, so when we restarted the process, they were there ready to go again! They were careful not to build us up and to make sure our feet stayed on the ground and we got a wonderful result when we sold. Thank you to all the team!
