As this was our first time purchasing a property we came into the experience very nervous, inexperienced and cautious about the whole process as we didn’t want to be ripped off or taken advantage of. Ryan made us feel comfortable the whole way through. He was also very helpful and really helped educate us on the whole process, which when doing it for the first time is very important. Ryan's a legend. I met him at an open for inspection and admired how easy-going he was, with none of those typical 'salesy cringey spiels'. Just a real human, happy to have a chat. Then when we considered selling our place, we got him over for a chat. Both my husband I and felt/feel very comfortable in his presence. He guided us through getting a sense of what the market would be willing to pay, bringing a few people through our place before we officially decided to sell. It set us up for such success. Based on reality, not false hope. He kept us well up-to-date with where things we're at, and never pressured us into making a decision. We sold our place well above what we'd initially hoped for. We'd highly recommend Ryan. The only pity is he's a Brisbane supporter. : )

Campbell did an exemplary job in selling our property. Having sold a number of local properties recently and dealing with a number of different agents Campbell / Belle were the best to deal with. His communication skills were key - he called immediately after all inspections like clockwork and sent us very detailed written reports broken down by potential purchaser to ensure we understood who attended all inspections and who was likely to be a purchaser. He also is a team player - leveraging other agents in the firm who were not "on the file" where they had sold properties before on behalf of potential purchasers - which added a lot of value.

Campbell (and Andrew) were enthusiastic, thorough, proactive during the whole campaign period. We genuinely felt that he liked the house and was working in our best interests. He listened to our feedback and always had a strong rationale to why we should follow a strategy & process and it certainly paid off. He was a great communicator, detailed updates and honest feedback. Andrew was a great support for Campbell, they worked well together and both were exceptional on auction day, professional, organised and delivered. Jenny was a lovely and kind person to deal with. Always there to communicate with and follow-up with, to the extent that she would often call after hours. I found Jenny to be very honest, knowledgable and clear with her instructions which gave me confidence that I had selected the right person.
