Tanya was very professional as she presented our home very well at inspections, followed up on all client feedback and opportunities, and had high attention to detail, also a great communicator and genuinely friendly. Steve really listened to all our conversations and selling points. He orchestrated a great auction on the day, and had prepared a fantastic opening speech. In spite of my usual reservations about agents, buying a property via Ryan was refreshingly straightforward and open. Ryan was very knowledgable about the Bayside area, other helpful service providers (eg building inspections) and the state of the market generally. Ryan was also very helpful with inspections and communications with the vendor. Off the back of this purchase and previous dealings on market opportunities leading up to it, that Ryan was also the agent on, I would definitely give Ryan the opportunity to quote on selling a property and would have no reservation in buying a property he is the agent on.
