I was sceptical about dealing with real estate agencies though I knew I would have to as I was selling my house. I engaged an advocate so I wouldn't have to go through the process directly. When my advocate introduced me to Jenny I was impressed by her demeanour and laid back approach. Then, during the process of openings, which I feel no vendor would like, Jenny and her team of Julie and Sandra, were extremely professional and communicative in their approach to me and my family and their feedback after each open day was extensive. During the actual day of the auction is where they shone. The auctioneer, Steve, was very experienced and the advice he and Jenny provided before, during and after the auction was measured and filtered with experience, which gave a sense of relief and calm. Overall, I would recommend Jenny and her team to anyone looking for an agency to sell their most valued possession.

In spite of my usual reservations about agents, buying a property via Ryan was refreshingly straightforward and open. Ryan was very knowledgable about the Bayside area, other helpful service providers (eg building inspections) and the state of the market generally. Ryan was also very helpful with inspections and communications with the vendor. Off the back of this purchase and previous dealings on market opportunities leading up to it, that Ryan was also the agent on, I would definitely give Ryan the opportunity to quote on selling a property and would have no reservation in buying a property he is the agent on.

He was very professional in his manner and easy to engage with and impressed me to the point where I decided to appoint him the agent to sell our own property.
