We were very satisfied with the job done and the good very fair result achieved. At start of the process, the agents gave clear advice on strategy, advertising, likely buyers and expected price. Belle provided referrals to floor polishers, painters and stylists who did excellent, timely and reasonably priced work. The agents were very professional and friendly in approach with reliable attention to details. Did what said they would do. The agents did not over-promise and stated what they knew & what did not know. The agents provided clear quantitative summary weekly feedback of interest and visits to the property and indications of likely buyer prospects. The agents were ethical & fair to all parties, briefed vendor on potential sale before auction and allowed vendor to make decisions. The systems used by Belle are strong, modern, thorough and efficient/easy to use.
