We had been looking for some time for an investment property in the Bayside area for family to move into when we came across this villa unit being sold by Hocking Stuart in Sandringham. After a couple of inspections with Mandy and her colleague Ryan, we decided to take a serious interest in this one. Mandy and Ryan were lovely to deal with, polite & professional with a good understanding of the local market, very helpful with any queries and quick to respond to phone calls. We did find the sale type (private sale, by best offer without knowing what anyone else had offered) challenging - at least you know where you are with an auction! But we were very happy with the outcome i.e. having the successful bid, and in the context of the current market, believe that we paid a fair and reasonable price for the property and within the price range quoted by Mandy. I would not hesitate to recommend Mandy as a very good and helpful estate agent and would expect nothing less from the Sandringham agency of Hocking Stuart which we hold in high regard, having purchased property & had a positive experience with them previously.
