I would like to express our gratitude for the very professional manner in which you and your colleagues managed the sale of my mother-in-law's two bedroom unit. I could not fault your contribution or suggest any improvement on any of the various steps in the sale process. While we had limited view and/or hearing of the auction itself, we had a very good friend attend and she was full of praise for your performance of the auction. I confirm that your recommendation for use of Smart Presentations to provide advice on improvements and stylising the property was also much appreciated. At the time we decided to commit to the sale there was a degree of urgency involved, with Glenda's mother being moved into permanent aged care accommodation, which you again assisted with your suggestions and encouragement. We had a difficult and but very month pushing through the steps of clearing out possessions, painting and carpeting but it was great to know you had trades, which you could recommend, who could step in if we were unable to get things completed in time.

She showed attention to detail in advising me of what needed to be updated before presentation of the property and kept in touch after each house inspection. On the auction day Jenny gave it her best, even although there were other auctions after mine. Jenny also has a very capable team onside at her agency. They all showed their professionalism at various stages, from her co-worker, Will O'Brien to the office staff. The genuine interest that Jenny shows her client really pays off.
