It was such a seamless experience, having put off selling the apartment for quite some time, I found it easy and stress free. Mark met with us and talked through options that would benefit the campaign, although provide realistic options and gave all the information and guidance to give us the tools to make the best decision.

Grant Wallace is the best real estate agent you will ever come across. After a poor experience with not one but two different local real estate agents, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and nervous to engage another pamphlet-distributing agent to sell my property. From day one of engaging Grant, the communication with him was second to none. I expected to hear from him once, max twice a week given my past experience however, Grant called me without a doubt after every inspection that was had at the property, when he received any communication from prospective purchasers that he thought I should know about and just in general to discuss the sale of my property. He never once failed to keep me informed and never overpromised - yet he exceeded all expectations. He returned every single one of my phone calls (no matter how many times a day), was reliable and always had a smile on his face. He is friendly, genuine, extremely professional and put in the hard work from day one which was evident when he pleasingly over-delivered the end result. He never made me feel like my concerns were irrelevant and constantly went above and beyond. Overall, he made me feel like he was selling a $5m+ house - not just a two bedroom unit. I can confidently say I will never use any other agent to buy/sell except Grant. I have referred him to my family and friends and, if you have not already engaged his services, you are missing out. If you want a real estate agent you can legitimately trust, who you know will put in the hard work and devise the best plan for your property and deliver the best result, then Grant is your man.

My experience working with Grant has been nothing short of ideal, I have found him to be helpful, warm, and authentic as an agent and a person. I first met him through my interest in an apartment in the same building which I eventually bid on in auction but missed out on. He then approached me months last when another flat in the building came up for private sale. Within a few weeks, we were able to negotiate a price and settlement quickly and with little hassle. As a first-time homebuyer, the prospect of buying my flat was fairly daunting but Grant was able to provide sound advice and all the information I needed which really put me at ease and made the whole process much more comfortable. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the area.

I bought my property from Mark Konishi in 2013, so he was the first person I contacted when I decided to sell the same property in 2021. No-one has a better understanding of the local market than Mark - his knowledge and experience of South Yarra sales is second to none. In the past, he has sold several of my friends homes with great results, so I knew I was in good hands. Mark was respectful, personable, communicative, efficient and highly flexible throughout the entire experience, from consultation through to final sale, which made me trust him fully during the process. He went way above and beyond to help me, and continued to provide me regular and timely updates during sale. I am beyond thrilled with my result, particularly while selling during COVID lockdown. They are great value - I would definitely use Belle again.
