I was nervous with the online auction platform, however it was very user friendly and the team ensured all bidders understood how to use the platform. We engaged Grant Wallace on 2 occasions. In 2019, Grant sold our home unit in South Yarra and in 2020, Grant sold another one of our units in Melbourne CBD. On both occasions, we found Grant to be extremely honest and genuine in getting the best result for us. In fact, with the South Yarra property, Grant achieved a price in excess of what we had hoped for. We found Grant's knowledge of the property market to be second to none. He organised everything from marketing, styling, refurbishment contractors, potential purchasers and the many little things which makes the selling process easier for the seller. The Melbourne property was sold during the Corona Virus shutdown, meaning that we as Sydney siders could not travel to Melbourne to oversee the preparation of the property. Grant took care of all of the things we could not. We have been very satisfied with the results achieved and the ease with which the process was managed by Grant. Grant and his sidekick Charlotte sold my East Melbourne flat at auction for about 20% above highest expectation and 30% above conservative value. They ran the whole process from taking on a dilapidated flat and working with my head contractor all the way through dressing the renovated property to look terrific and then running a small bidding war. It was a harder and smaller project than many, and they took it on with energy and enthusiasm. Highly recommended.
