We met Nick a few years ago and he was diligent staying in touch without any pressure. This was our experience throughout the campaign as well. If I had another property to sell I wouldn't hesitate choosing Grant again! Grant is a true professional. He has detailed, specialised local knowledge and knows the area and market, inside out. Without his local knowledge I doubt I would have been able to achieve the great result we obtained. I'm based overseas and Grant managed everything from existing tenant vacating, cleaning and styling the property, achieving a fantastic result on auction day, removing furniture and following up with the buyer for an early settlement.
