Grant and his colleague Charlotte Broussard were both very helpful in providing opportunities to view the apartment and were very forthcoming in answering all our questions. They spoke to us with respect and honesty. They told us openly when that the owners wanted to go to auction. From that point on Grant dealt with our buyers advocate. and the negotiation proceeded. It took a week but I think negotiations were well handled. The process has been well handled in our opinion. Very professional and great to deal with
Mark was referred to us by a friend who was impressed with the quality real estate agency service Mark provided him. We talked with Mark for over a year before actually moving to sell. In this time he provided quality advice without pressure. When we did decide to sell he again had all the relevant information which he provided in a well balanced, easy to follow and timely manner. Through the sales campaign he kept us well informed without excessive detail. We reside overseas and really this did not seem to be a problem. Obviously Mark has a lot of experience and the campaign before auction went very smoothly. The auction price achieved, in a difficult market, was close to what we expected reflecting a good feel for the market. Overall a good experience. Mark is a very competent real estate agent.

Highly recommended

Living interstate, communication was critical and Grant certainly kept us well informed and up to date on how things were progressing. Grant is the consummate professional
I am a buyers advocate appointed by the vendor to sell his property, I engaged Grant Wallace to sell my clients property and within a matter of weeks Grant managed to present 2 very good offers. Given the current climate Grant was able to negotiate excellent terms for my vendor client needless to say both my client and I cannot speak highly enough about Grants abilities not to mention his communication skills. Grant called and emailed me throughout the campaign with honest feedback and sound advice. Grant is an honest and trustworthy person I will be using his services again.

Would use again
Grant sold our property in a tricky selling environment and ended up getting us a result we were very pleased with. He is professional, thorough, and a good communicator without ever making us feel like we were being pushed towards a particular price point/condition/result. He gave his time and professional opinion whenever needed and wasn’t ever pushy. We would definitely recommend him as a selling agent.

Great professional Agent

Made selling my investment property a breeze
Having previously sold more than one property I was not looking forward to going through the process again. The property was not close to home and needed some minor maintenance and basic cosmetic work. Nick arranged the appropriate tradespeople, and the property was sale ready sooner than I expected. His price estimate was close to mine, and as the sale price showed, was in line with the market. I was provided with regular updates during the campaign and Nick informed me of all possible senarios for the auction, which helped with auction day jitters. Mark and his team were fantastic to deal with through the entire process. Great communication, he set realistic expectations and we were pleased with the end result considering the timing of our sale. Our property was passed in at auction and Mark enacted Plan B overnight, resulting in a sale within just a few days. We'd highly recommend Mark for his no fuss but effective approach.
