Great Work from Nick
Nick Gatacre sold my house for my expected price; he respected my wishes for an off-market sale and brought through buyers whom he thought my property might suit. I have used Nick to sell properties for me previously and he has always done the job with an excellent result. Nick has now successfully sold 4 properties for me and on my most recent sale guided me all the way with the opens and offers, he had an offer on the table after only 2 weeks and it was one that I couldn’t refuse. So if you want your property sold, I wouldn’t go past highly recommending Nick Gatacre from Hocking Stuart for the best possible result.

Excellent, professional service of the highest order
Grant is totally professional, yet personable at the same time. I couldn't have asked for a more competent person to sell my property. Firstly, I got a programme of activities from the day I signed up until the bottle of Moet after the successful sale. After every inspection, I received a report, so I always knew what was going on, and the negotiations he conducted with the highest bidder were very beneficial to me. I wouldn't hesitate to appoint Grant for any future property sale

Amazing Communication and Overall Experience - Highly Recommended
Joe was great to deal with in every aspect of purchasing my property. He was very quick to respond to any queries I had and went over and above to organise private inspections when I couldn't attend scheduled open for inspections. Joe was honest, friendly and warm. Fantastic experience
Obviously a good sales result is always pleasing but I also could not have been happier with Grant's work throughout the sales campaign.
