Excellent Result

During a most stressful time, dealing with family illlness, purchasing another property interstate and selling my beloved apartment in the Beverley Hills complex, I found I was blessed having Grant Wallace and his delightful PA Zoe Harper taking the reins and martketing my property. Grant and Zoe know the Industry and local area intamately, and I felt confident from the moment that I signed with Hocking Stuart, South Yarra, that my property was in the right hands. Zoe worked way above and beyond her required duties, organizing and taking care of various necessities which I couldn't, due to my work commitments.. Fantastic Sales Agent
Mark and his team provided us with top class service. We live interstate and the whole process could not have been easier. Mark and his team arranged for cleaning, painting and staging and then managed the whole process. We did not have to do a thing. And then to top it off - Mark got us a great price on the day. Just ask for "Grant"
This was the first time that I had purchased property in Australia and I must say that Grant and the team at Hocking Stuart were great. Always helpful, friendly and informative, both prior to and after the purchase. I would recommend Grant to anyone looking at buying or selling in the Sth Yarra area and will definitely be using Grant for future property transactions.
