Highly recommend based on the following: If you want to work with a team who drives the sale and manages you, instead of you lying awake in bed at night reminding yourself to chase the agent for details, then Grant, Zoe and Peter are your people. No detail was over looked, it was a stress free easy sale with a great result. I was selling from another country - everything was handled via email or phone calls. Important things to note: Grant phoned when he promised to call, I received continuous informative feedback throughout the sales process in a prompt and timely fashion. If Grant said he would phone me Thursday at X time, he called on exactly that time and date and didn't falter once throughout the entire sales process which spanned several weeks. Most importantly, my property was presented beautifully even though I wasn't there. Grand and Zoe ensured every aspect was taken care of, from staging the property, to cleaning, to changing door locks etc. No detail was over looked, truthfully can't fault any step of the process. Would definitely use again.

Throughout the sale process he has kept us informed all the time and to make sure that we know what is going on and the profile of potential interested buyers.
