Naveen has a very proactive approach in all elements of a property sale and has extremely good advice and fabulous contacts in the industry to help prepare for a great presentation. It is a difficult market and Naveen continued to find positive ways forward. He can assuage potential buyers' concerns and highlight the great features. He is an extremely good communicator and goes beyond conventional expectations to work with buyers to help them see that they are making a great decision. The only reason I didn't give five stars would be to encourage Naveen to keep checking in with the vendor and their input during conversations but apart from this small feedback, I'm a happy client.

I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Julian.
