I first meet Sam a few years ago when I sold 2 units from 315 Beaconsfield Pde St.Kilda West. Sam promised me that he would be there for me from start to finish, and he was! Enthusiastic, hard working, knew the all about St.Kilda kept me well informed through the Sale which the 2 units were sold for an excellent price. So naturally I rang Sam when I wanted to sell a one bedroom unit in the same building. Sam was still all the above again holding my hand going through this sale. It sold before the auction which was to be 22nd February sold in 2 weeks at a fantastic price again 60 days settlement.
