Costa went far beyond the call of duty. When damage was caused to the unit which was a body corporate issue he helped with following up the process with the Body Corporate and Insurance Company. Costa was always willing to give advice and all information required i.e upgrading, price comparisons and more, being realistic and hopeful. During the sale process he followed up after the open days diligently especially around the final days when property sold. I am sure he is glad as I am that the house has sold.

Selling in tough market Sam was able to achieve a good price. Very happy. Another bonus are the contacts tha Sam has with various local tradespeople.
