I couldn’t make any of the open inspection, and Costa waited for me for 1h to let me view the place. He also followed up immediately after and was always available to speak via phone or respond to my questions via email or text. Costa was very professional and supportive, it made everything so much easier for me.

This is an agent who really goes over and beyond to get you the right price for your property. A true professional.

The property is part of an owner's corporation. Driveways and open spaces around the units are common property including driveway access to the garages. I was impressed that the common ownership of the driveways was not hidden from me by the agent. They are very up-front about this matter.

Sam and his team are very professional and efficient. They deliver what they promise. They did a lighting quick turnaround getting my house up for sale and negotiated a good price. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and his team to other vendors.

Moses was fantastic to deal with. As an experienced Property Advocate, I have dealt with over 1,000 agents and he was very professional, organized, responsive and had his clients' best interests at heart. I would welcome the chance to buy from him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to my Vendor advocacy clients.

The effort to achieve a sale in a short period was enormous with multiple open for inspections. I am very grateful to Josephine and Sam. It was a pleasure to deal with them with the difficult process of the sale of my parents family home. Lot's of emotion . They were with us all the way through.

It was a pleasure to work with John Manning and Will Johnson from belleproperty. John in particular was experienced and skilled, reliable and an excellent communicator (listened, consulted, analytical and gave timely and consistent feedback). The team responsible for painting and styling and staging were just excellent. A thoroughly professional group - and effective in terms of the outcome. Highly recommended.

Sam did an outstanding job selling our apartment in St Kilda. His knowledge of the area and market, along with a great marketing strategy, ensured our apartment sold quickly for a price we were all happy with. Strongly recommend.
