The agents both selling , marketing and property management given the property was tenanted were professional in their approach to the sale , informative and responsive. Although the result was below expectations the listing agent and chief negotiator was realistic and always acted in my best interests.

John acted in a most professional manner from start to finish. Accurate advice and a high level of communication throughout.

John and Will were great to deal with and the sale eventuated with relative ease. However, I did request continual updates on data for enquiries, internet page views, etc and was only provided this once. In addition, we were disappointed that the approach to the condition of the property and its value, changed from prior to signing of the sales consent, to signing the contract on auction day. This is a common approach from sales agents, and I was hopeful it may not have applied with this transaction

Excellent customer service, energy and information received as we went through the process of purchasing a Belle property.

Thank you so much Sam and the team at Belle Property. From our very first meeting, we felt complete trust and confidence they were the right agents to sell our home. The team were all fantastic to work with and were especially grateful for Sam’s professionalism, support and guidance throughout the campaign in an uncertain and shifting market. The sensitivity shown on the sale of a long held family property was much appreciated. Sam and his team continued to offer support and advice beyond auction day, making us feel confident that our best interests were always at the forefront. Overall, we had a very positive experience with the team at Belle Property.

I bought my St Kilda property off Sam three years ago, I was new to the property market and he was an ideal agent - honest, helpful and walked me through the process super efficiently and kindly. When I decided to move home to NZ this year and sell my property, I knew he was the right choice. And he sure was, my place sold in three weeks for a solid price and I felt like he had my back the whole way through, getting the right purchaser & working well with him too. He's a lovely guy and brilliant at his job. Thanks heaps Sam!

Costa went far beyond the call of duty. When damage was caused to the unit which was a body corporate issue he helped with following up the process with the Body Corporate and Insurance Company. Costa was always willing to give advice and all information required i.e upgrading, price comparisons and more, being realistic and hopeful. During the sale process he followed up after the open days diligently especially around the final days when property sold. I am sure he is glad as I am that the house has sold.

We are thrilled with our decision to engage Moses and The Belle Real Estate team to sell our much loved home. Moses was at all times kind, patient and professional and went out of his way to keep us informed and regularly check in on how we were dealing with the process. He achieved for us a faster than expected sale and a great price, we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Moses and his team to anyone looking for an experienced, reliable, and knowledgeable agent.

Julian was fantastic to work with. His communication skills were excellent, his professionalism was always on display, and he stuck with us during a challenging period for interest rate rises, so we were grateful for his commitment to the task.

Sam and his team at Belle did an excellent job in assisting me to prepare my property, then executed a great marketing campaign to attract a number of interested parties. Selling in tough market Sam was able to achieve a good price. Very happy. Another bonus are the contacts tha Sam has with various local tradespeople. His assistant Jacqui from Belle co-ordinated a freshen up that gave us the best chance of success - in a timely and cost effective way.
