I recently sold a rental apartment in South Yarra using a small agent who was managing it. I thought it would be more personal service, but it ended up feeling like a lack of service, especially communication. I spent a lot on advertising at his recommendation and the apartment took months to sell. I tried another agent in this time, and he was terrible - more like a used car salesman who wasted a month of my time and messed both me and my tenant around. Julian and the Belle team were a breath of fresh air. Julian was polite and knowlegeable and not pushy. He was also firm with his recommendations, which were different to previous recommendations I had received (especially with advertising), but ended up being better. Julian backed up his recommendations with regular reports and stats, as well as phone calls, so that I knew how my sale was tracking. My apartment sold prior to auction thanks to his hard work and I couldn't be happier.

I have just had the opportunity to be involved with the sale of a property in the Southbank area. I found it to be a very professional experience . The team I dealt with was headed up by Julian.The other members included Victoria , Sam , Moses,Erin, their performance was exemplary.I was given a detailed explanation of each inspection including a summary of possible buyers ,viewers requiring contracts etc. High numbers of attendees at each inspection were encouraging . The recommended advertising schedule was obviously largely responsible. Information was offered and accepted regarding presentation of the property and available tradespeople.
