As a first-time vendor and seller, this process was a very daunting one. Julian was fabulous in ensuring that I felt comfortable and he moved at my pace. He always answered my phone calls with every intricate question I had about the market and selling options. I found Julian to be very warm and to have a genuine passion for what he does. Unfortunately, due to the market being a very difficult one (with interest rates rocketing) I didn’t sell at auction and then moved to private sale. Julian was great at keeping my spirits up, whilst maintaining an honest approach with me and acknowledging the difficulties as they arose. Hi, I purchased a property through Belle Property where Julian and Ava helped me with the purchase process thanks to their excellent knowledge. Both made sure all our questions get answered and we feel comfortable with the property. Since the sale was through auction, both made efforts to be with us so that we are prepared for auction. Post sale, Julian helped with valuation requests and contract questions too. Andy/Sam on the day did good negotiation helping with a win-win situation for everyone. I have had a fantastic experience with Belle Property, firstly via leasing my property for many years and then via Sales recently. I would have no hesitation in either renting, buying or selling through them again. Great service, communication and the property was always let, the property manager Bonny always professional and made some good decisions to keep the property let, especially at the start of 2020 when there were so many places sitting empty, mine was relet immediately. Recently I have had a similar experience with selling my property. Exceptional service, advice and communication, especially as I had been going through a difficult time. The property was photographed and online very efficiently and agents Costa and Shae taking all opportunities to promote and get people through the door. Costa with his great sales skills negotiated a higher price than I expected and I am super impressed and really thankful.
