Costa was very professional and knowledgeable! He provided us with more time in the property as we had arrived late . So this helped to allow us to help make our decision, which was much appreciated! Costa also responded very promptly to any of our communication! Thanks Costa for a great service and we are looking forward to settlement and enjoying our beautiful new apartment! Kind Regards Catherine Al

We connected with Sam back in 2014 when we bought into the St Kilda East / Balaclava area. We were impressed with Sam on the purchase of the property particularly his professionalism and deep understanding of the market. We recently sold that same property some 8 years later through Sam and have the highest regard for his capabilities and professionalism. Having insights to both the purchase and sale side of the transaction we could not speak highly enough of Sam and his team. Sam has (in our experience) a unique approach which is fundamentally is rooted in openness and transparency, whilst at the same time always leaving no stone unturned to deliver the best result for his clients.

We had no hesitation with engaging Costa Karabatsos and his team for the sale of our property in St Kilda. He was always professional, responsive and assisted with a holisitc approach to the sale process. He provided prompt, regular updates, guidance and he always took the time to explain in detail. Erin in the office was a super star, providing admin support in a timely manner. Well done team

Costa Karabatsos and Shar Claridge were excellent agents throughout the whole process of selling our property. With a professional and friendly approach their communication and updates were first class which made it so much easier as we live interstate. Would highly recommend both agents and the Belle property group.

When we first decided to sell, we did our due diligence and got appraisals from a few agents. Julian won by a country mile. He was professional, genuinely friendly, particularly good at what he does and generally has a really lovely demeanour. Beyond all of that, what really stood out was his ability to turn every negative into a positive. When we chose Julian, we felt pretty confident that we had made the right choice and every encounter with him since has confirmed that we did. He also has a great team that supports him and we are very appreciative of their efforts in our campaign too. Julian is a gentleman and we recommend him highly. Liz and James
