Sam Inan is an absolute dynamo in the way that he does business and executes a sale. The mere thought of selling our property was completely anxiety-inducing, and our first conversation with Sam was before anyone had even heard of Covid-19! Yet, both before and when Sam was signed up as our agent, he guided us through the process with such a wonderful grace, positivity and quiet determination every step of the way. This in turn allowed us to put our trust in Sam's astute knowledge and judgement in all areas of the campaign and sale. Sam looked after us and our property with diligence and care, and at the very peak of the pandemic. He guided us through crucial decisions leading up to the lockdown which we strongly believe made very positive differences to the sale of our home. Sam did all of this with such a positive attitude, with care to detail on all intricacies, with warmth and a great sense of humour. It was easy to think that we were his only clients at the time, given his attentiveness and availability to us and our significantly heightened needs thanks to Covid-19! However, Sam was managing us and our high expectations in tandem with multitude other clients in the same tumultuous and challenging climate, whom we are sure were receiving the same exceptional service as us. Not only has Sam now successfully sold our home at the height of our expectations, and done so with such professionalism, thoughtfulness and care not only for us but to the purchaser - he has also mentored us with care through the purchase of a new home, and a new beginning, for us as a family. We believe the fact that we have already invited Sam and his family to our new home for lunch before we have even moved in serves as true testament to the level of trust that Sam has built between us, how happy we are with the outcomes he has worked to achieve for us, and the way he has somehow managed to make himself a friend in our eyes whom we look forward to engaging with into the future.
