It was a difficult time to negotiate a sale due to the lack of availability to show due to covid lockdowns, but Sam and Maria were always available and extremely helpful in all possible ways. They soldiered on, qualified the buyers, advised diligently on price range adjustments, and eventually on auction day got an outstanding result that was well above reserve.

While the apartment was in a great location and some unique features against other apartments in the area but it was tired. Sam came up with a plan to best market the property. The agency organised all the trades people who worked to a tight timeline. We did not have to do anything other than make decisions. Property was presented and sold(at a price in excess of what we where expecting) under the time frame he set. Very professionally handled and would recommend him again
