I found John to be professional while giving very helpful and sound advice in order to be able to sell our property. He kept me up to date constantly and helped us make decisions to change strategies which lead to the ultimate sale of the property.

Julian has worked with us for three years now, waiting patiently for us to get ready to sell our properties earlier this year. His patience paid off! He’s looked after us in every way, from managing planning lead times, the auction process to seamless documentation & post sale follow up. He’s a lateral thinker, has great attention to detail and a pleasure to deal with. Whether buying or selling he’s a smart observer of the play Who operates with integrity.

WE HAVE USED SAM INAN ON 3 OCCASIONS TO SELL 3 PROPERTIES FROM ST KILDA TO CHADSTONE AND I SAY THAT WITHOUT DOUBT THIS MAN AND HIS BELLE PROPERTY GROUP IN ST KILDA ARE SIMPLY THE MOST PROFESSIONAL UNIT THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH. THE REASONS FOR MY GLOWING RATINGS ARE SO SIMPLE. SAM HAS THIS INCREDIBLE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF THE REAL ESTATE MARKET BUT HIS COMMUNICATION AND HIS SINCERE ENGAGING PERSONA IS SIMPLY THE BEST I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN 40 YEARS OF SELLING AND BUYING PROPERTIES AROUND AUSTRALIA. I SAY THIS THIS WITHOUT ANY HESITATION AT ALL IF YOU WANT TO SELL A PROPERTY ANYWHERE IN VICTORIA YOU SHOULD ENGAGE SAM INAN FROM BELLE PROPERTY ST KILDA YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED .

Julian's effort in selling my apartment in the midst of the Covid 19 lockdown was excellent. Without open for inspections, Julian was able to find a terrific number of buyers to bring through individually and completed the sale in about four weeks. Always with a smile on his face, his warm personality is engaging. Great communication during the sales process. Happy to recommend Julian to vendors, especially fellow golfers!

Julian understood the local market and maintained a strong and realistic expectation on what outcome we could achieve. His communication was excellent. During a very difficult sale period (COVID-19 impact) Julian achieved a great outcome despite many hurdles being put in front of him. Highly recommend Julian as your next sales agent.

In the middle of the Corona Virus shutdown Sam achieved another great result for us. Sam’s dedication and hard work has to be highly commended. Good old fashioned salesmanship and head down work ethic is all a vendor needs in times like these. Sam deserves all his success and is heads and shoulders above all his peers.
