We loved selling our place with Sam and Julian. Right from the outset they were so excited about our property and approached the sale with confidence. They were honest and realistic about what we could hope for given the market, and not only did it exceed our expectations, but we got a great result to boot! Sam and Julian were super professional communicative with us and potential buyers the whole way through, and kept us in the loop. They followed through on everything they said they would do, and apart form some pre-auction nerves, the whole process was stress-free! Sam and Julian were also just really lovely people. We never felt as though we were being taken advantage or that they were pulling the wool over our eyes. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and if we were to do it all again, we wouldn't change a thing!
