We first met Patrick 9 years ago when we looked at a little blue house in Thornleigh. It was a one bed roomed house with an outside bathroom and we had a one year old child! Patrick worked his wonders in the selling of the house and we saw the 'vision' of what the Little Blue Mansion, as we named it, could become. We renovated over the years and finally, 9 years later, the house had been totally transformed. We did engage the advice of another Real Estate in the area but I have to say, we weren't 100% happy with them - so we gave Patrick the call. From day one, Patrick has been honest and upfront with us as a family. He wanted the very best outcome for us and was genuinely interested in our views and opinions. The sale process was up and down and unfortunately for us we didn't find a buyer before or at Auction. The house passed in and that's when Patrick had to work his magic. He knuckled down and although things didn’t go to plan, he marshalled on.It was an up and down sale, emotions were high and low but we're happy to say that we got there in the end - we got a good price for the house and Patrick was by our side the whole time. Patrick also went that extra step for us as a family; coming along to the Auctions of the houses we were interested in purchasing. They weren't through the Soames Group but Patrick made time in his diary to stand by us, advising us of the best moves along the way of the Auction process. We were outbid at the first Auction but the second one we were successful and gained the house, although it needs one hell of alot of work, for an amazing price! We wouldn't have known how to progress forward without Patrick's help and expert advice. Patrick went above and beyond for our family and we will definitely keep in touch with him. We’d be more than happy for him to pop into our new home anytime – we wish him all the very best for the future and would highly recommend Patrick to anyone we know. Thanks :)
