A Great Outcome for Us, Couldn't be happier.
Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. From get go, Patrick talked us through every step of the way, checking in regularly and generally helping us combat what is to many of us a very daunting and stressful period in ones life. He immediately wasted no time at all putting us in touch with local businesses who not only bent over backwards to help, but helped us achieve a great house for sale in a very short period of time, all of whom did a fabulous job, eventuating in having very happy clients. A genuine agent with integrity
I have known Patrick since we purchased our property six and a half years ago. Patrick has always kept me up to date on the local market - he is a friendly and familiar face in the area. When it came time to sell our house we didn't even think of anyone else, we could not be happier with the decision we made. Patrick is always upfront and honest and very realistic in setting expectations, and he really takes the time to make sure you understand the process. We sold our home in less than a week, his approach really speaks for itself. We would not hesitate to recommend Patrick if you are looking for any kind of property guidance, he is a professional agent and an all round decent person. Smooth Sailing
Patrick made the 'stressful' time of selling our first home at auction feel very simple. From the first consultation we could tell that he was up-to-date with the market. He gave us a fair and reasonable price guide for us to work towards which we were happy with. Patrick works with a professional team which made everything go seamlessly. Come auction day nerves were at an all time high - Pat cruised in and said 'Just enjoy it!' He managed to smash our reserve and get us a price we were more than happy with! We are looking forward to dealing with Patrick and his team again soon.
