We met Patrick a year prior to selling our house as we did not want to sell until we found a place to buy. Even though we had not signed up with him, he worked with us provided advice and support until we found the right place. At no point did we feel pressured to buy quickly or to sell. He was available to us whenever we needed him through out the year and always gave us direct and honest answers. During the sale of the house he went beyond our expectations. When photos were being taken, there was Patrick in the rain moving furniture in the backyard to make sure it was looking perfect. The price he got for us was way above our expectation. This was the second time we have gone through buying and selling. The first time was the usual stressful, horrible experience. This time it was a pleasant and enjoyable one. We put this down to Patrick's dedication to his clients and the professional and honest manner in which he deals with them.
