Amazing went above and beyond
After the passing of my father in-law Ben handled the selling of the property with the at most care. His knowledge on the area made sure we got the best price for the property as we live out of the area he always made sure to keep up up to date with everything by calling or emails, this whole situation was made so much easier knowing we were being looked after and in the right hands.

A tough sale in tough times
Belinda sold our home under very difficult circumstances after Bushfires and during covid 19. She already had a tough task ahead of her because the house needed a lot of work, but she was able to achieve the asking price and sold the property to a lovely couple who will restore it and love it as much as my family have over the years. Belinda and Ben kept us informed during the sale process and we would happily recommend Ben Bate Real Estate to anyone who is thinking of selling.
