I bought my first investment property through Ben Bate Real Estate. I was removed from the process due to me not living local however in no way did this alter the professionalism, friendliness and ease of the sale, in fact I think they stepped up the support to ensure that it was as easy as possible. Some years ago we moved from Victoria to Narooma on the N S W south coast. Back then we found that in Victoria, real estate transactions were relatively orderly and a deal was a deal so to speak.
