My home (2 bedrooms) was offered for sale at the affordable end of the local market; we made one price reduction after a period of time in response to buyer feedback. My understanding is that the majority of inspections were with buyers looking in my price range, rather than "window shoppers". Sufficient notice of inspection requests was provided by the agent, which allowed for the home to be presented at its best. I received a follow-up call following each of the inspections. Happy to have secured a buyer at a reasonable sale price in a contracting market. All of the staff at Ben Bate Real Estate conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner.
