What pleased me most about Crystal was that she listened to what I told her I was looking for and we chose together houses to look at that might fit my criteria. She didn’t try to push houses that she wanted to sell. After each viewing she asked me what I did and didn’t like about the house so that she could better gauge what to show me and what not to show me. Crystal was at all times polite, respectful and friendly and not at all pushy, and she made sure she had most of the relevant information on hand to answer my questions. If she couldn’t answer the question there and then she not only said that she’d get me the information, she actually did! I could not have had a better, more professional or more pleasant experience during what can be a difficult and stressful experience.
