We have used DCK for over ten years as the letting agent for our property in Bendigo. In that time we have had several property managers and have found them all to be extremely professional with their advice and help, their inspections have been carried out thoroughly and we have always been contacted immediately should the tenant have any issues. Unfortunately the property was impacted by flooding in early January and the tenant had to vacate the premises. Whilst going through the lengthy process of getting the property restored via the insurance company and their builders, we have had excellent support and help from Hayley Walden- Dickie who has not only helped us but has also been keeping the tenant advised of progress as she is keen to move back in when works are completed. Going to the property to provide photos of the original damage, organising fitting of a lock box for trades, advice on curtain manufacturers and other trades to help out in the renovation process have made it a lot easier for us as we are living interstate. We are extremely grateful to Hayley for all her help and would like to think that this is a reflection of the company and its employees as a whole. We would have no hesitation in recommending DCK.

I commend Paige, and on her team, in their approach to the multitude of diverse issues that have presented with the management of my property.
