Sandy was quick to get things moving and therefore we were able to have a easy sale, to what we wanted. His communication and then responding to our requests was amazing and not just to his benefit. Highly recommend Sandy in aiding your property needs.

Working with Kaye was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine passion were evident in everything she did, but what truly set her apart was how deeply she cared. Kaye consistently went above and beyond, working weekends and late night to achieve the best possible outcome, and the fact that she sold my home in just two days speaks volumes. She is not only incredibly capable, but also warm, authentic, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Kaye has demonstrated exceptional professionalism in providing us with the best preparation and outcomes for this transaction. Her knowledge of the local market is unprecedented. Her advices for the preparation of the property and her endeavour to ensure everything is in place brought us to an exceptional outcome. Kaye works with us as a team. Her communication channels are open and receptive 24/7. Her efforts to ensure that we as a team shall and will achieve the best possible outcomes were demonstrated in all aspects of our interactions. We cannot recommend a better professional to handle our real estate transactions.

Kaye was extremely easy to deal with. She gave good clear and pragmatic advice about what we did and didn’t need to do to sell the property well. She was responsive and proactive and across all the important details but also knew what not to sweat about. Worked well with the prospective purchasers as well so they felt comfortable and respected in their dealings with her. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Kaye.

Excellent communication, updates and followup throughout the sale process including dealing with, and finalising, potential issues identified in the building inspection. Overall the 'off market' sale undertaken by Matt was professional and met expectations. I have no hesitation recommending Matt based on our experience.

Matt kept us informed the whole way through the process. Gave us realistic expectations during the negotiation process. Matt’s experience and knowledge were pivotal in our selling process and we couldn’t recommend Matt more highly. We certainly wouldn’t sell through anyone else.

An agent that listens to exactly what we needed. Made suggestions which we didn’t know was available due to his high market knowledge. We decided to list the property for sale with this agency as the rental team were excellent and Toby didn’t let us down. A good communicator which made selling the property stress free.
