Nekti gave us a reasonable appraisal of our home which was about where I thought it would be. He stressed the importance of building up the sale and then keeping the momentum of the transaction going. The video and the photos on the website looked fantastic. To that end we had 32 parties of people visit our home on the open day!! That was on the Saturday and by Monday the property was sold for more than we would have thought. We were delighted and surprised by the results. This man knows his business and no doubt worked his potential buyers. Just present your home looking it's best and let Nekti do his bit.
