We met with Matt over 18 months ago when he was marketing a property at Maiden Gully that was a small 3 bedroom house on an acre. Matt is a relaxed agent who knows the area well and worked well to achieve a sound result for the vendors and us. The property we purchased was as an investment and we subdivided the property and sold the subdivided land that was just over a half acre. We did talk to other agents in the area but felt that Matt had worked with us well during the purchase and we engaged him to sell the land. We had an acceptable offer that was within the range provided to us within 6 weeks. We still retain the original house and in the next year or so we will sell that and would have no issue with engaging Matt and the team again.
