Matt presented well on open day and assisted us with the purchase of our first home. The house we bought was being rented but he managed to still assist with the building and pest inspections swiftly and even got us into our house a couple weeks earlier than we planned. We couldn't fault him and loved his professionalism and family friendly attitude!

We found Justin very friendly and helpful. He was always willing to be flexible to our needs when arranging inspections etc. Never felt like we were rushed. Justin was very good at explaining things to us. Contact with everyone at DCK was very professional.

Kaye's knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are unsurpassed. She kept us fully informed throughout the sale of our property and was always very accessible to help navigate through decisions/questions along the way. We were highly impressed by her honesty and integrity and highly recommend her.

We found Kaye to be a most helpful and knowledgeable agent. We bought the property through her and sold it through her as well for the simple reason that we found her to be accurate with her valuations and very honest. Kaye's pre-sale suggestions were thoughtful and reflected years of successful sales work. Her relaxed and friendly manner made it easy for us to speak frankly and honestly with her. The final result was achieving the expcted sale price in less than a week. Thank you very much Kaye!

From the time the property was put on the market, Kaye kept me informed weekly with an update. I am in business and expect good service, my expectations were met. Kaye returned calls, made suggestions and kept me up to speed with timely and good communication. This is the second property Kaye has sold for us, I can thoroughly recommend her abilities and skill in real estate sales.

When we decided to sell our investment property, we knew we would only engaged Nekti from BRE to do the job. This was the second time we have sold a house with Nekti and both times we have been impressed with his knowledge of the industry but more importantly his communication with us through the entire process. Thanks again Nekti for your hard work and perseverance to get our house sold quickly!
